Flexible and adaptable thanks to upscaling
Manufacturing at our factory can begin with small bulk product batch sizes and reach the desired production sizes by upscaling in one or more steps. Depending on how a product develops on the market, batch sizes can be redefined and adjusted at any time thanks to our extensive machine fleet. Complete in-process checks and documentation are par for the course. To manufacture bulk product in the highest quality, we manage the steps before and after production, such as raw material handling, weighing, quality control, and approval processes via ERP and various safety elements.

Thanks to cutting-edge infrastructure, Temmentec’s production can meet the highest standards for safety, hygiene, and sustainability (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Cosmetic GMP 22716) Temmentec can manufacture emulsions, liquid and wax-based products, oils, and sticks of various sizes from 10 kg up to 10,000 kg per batch. Our extraction system and a work environment secured against electrostatic discharge allow us to manufacture products with volatile substances according to the ATEX standard.
After our quality control has approved the bulk product, it is filled into the appropriate containers, either for immediate shipping or transfer to the packaging department.
